Gloucester's Hammond Castle Museum is celebrating the start of its guided tour season with a free community day Tuesday, April 29.

Raymond McCourt, 59, was reported missing at 5.30pm on Tuesday after he failed to return to HMP Castle Huntly near Dundee.
