Stephen Jones readily admits what the Cowboys didn’t do well the last couple of years. By not properly addressing its roster deficiencies in free agency, Dallas allowed drafting for need to tip the scale more than it should in their conversations.

While veteran defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence threw shade at the Cowboys on his way out of Dallas, co-owner Stephen Jones took the high road and praised the long-time Cowboy for his contributions to the team.
