Meredith Park in Perry Township has upgrades to four soccer fields and a walking trail. A public ceremony is slated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the park.

Eugene will break ground on a major expansion of the Ridgeline Trail system — adding 12 miles for mountain biking and hiking.
