Amritpal Singh's detention under the National Security Act has been extended, supported by nearly 4,000 pages of evidence, including audio recordings allegedly linking him to criminal activities.

Amritpal, who styled himself after dead Khalistani militant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, was arrested in Moga's Rode village on April 23, 2023 following more than a month-long manhunt.
