As the Phoenix Suns open up a four-game road trip against the Denver Nuggets on Friday, their latest injury report features the same players with the same ongoing injuries, including that of star guard Bradley Beal.
Suns coach Mike Budenholzer benched Beal back on Jan. 6 at Philadelphia and replaced him with rookie Ryan Dunn. Beal hadn't come off the bench since his fourth NBA season in 2015-16, but is now back in the starting lineup along with Devin Booker, Royce O'Neale, Kevin Durant and Nick Richards.
Mike Budenholzer met with the four-time All Star and two-time All-NBA shooting guard Devin Booker and “completely shocked” his star.
TNT captured Kevin Durant jerking his arm away from Phoenix Suns coach Mike Budenholzer while heading to the bench during a timeout in the first quarter against the Los Angeles Clippers at PHX Arena. Budenholzer was saying something to Durant. As Durant walked past, Budenholzer stuck out his hand to Durant, who then reacted by pulling his arm away.
