Bungie has announced a collaboration between Destiny 2 and Star Wars, introducing new in-game items inspired by the Star Wars universe. The crossover content will be available from February 4, 2025, coinciding with the launch of Destiny 2's Episode: Heresy.

Destiny 2 has changed considerably since it released in 2017. It became free to play in 2019, and has since released epic expansions like The Witch Queen, Lightfall, and last year's The Final Shape. And now, eight years after its release, a new collaboration could expand Destiny 's fan base even more.
