Blake Lively is no longer pursuing claims for emotional distress in her lawsuit against It Ends With Us director Justin Baldoni. The move comes after the judge overseeing the case on Tuesday turned down the actress’ bid to refile the claim at a later stage if she chooses to abandon them.

Blake Lively has requested the withdrawal without prejudice of two of her claims, relating to the infliction of emotional distress, against 'It Ends with Us' director-costar Justin Baldoni. His legal team filed a letter asserting they’re entitled to a dismissal of those claims with prejudice so they won’t be re-filed.
