There are two games across the WNBA today, starting out with an early matinee contest featuring the defending Champions, the New York Liberty, and the Indiana Fever. The day closes out in Atlanta, where the Dream host the Dallas Wings.

There are two undefeated teams, the New York Liberty and Minnesota Lynx, while the Chicago Sky, Connecticut Sun and Dallas Wings are still winless.

According to Ben Pickman of The Athletic, the Liberty are valued at $450 million after raising capital from a group of investors, which "is believed to be a record across professional women’s sports and is more than double that of the last publicly known capital raise made by a WNBA franchise."

Entering Thursday, the WNBA record for most 3s in a game was 18, which had been done six times, most recently by the Liberty themselves last season. Against the Sky, they one-upped themselves and made 19 3s to set the league's new single-game record.

Led by Natasha Cloud with four 3-pointers and 18 points, the defending champion New York Liberty broke the WNBA regular-season record by making 19 3s in a 99-74 victory over the Chicago Sky on Thursday night.
