By Shrivathsa Sridhar PARIS (Reuters) -Defending champion Iga Swiatek is gunning for a fifth French Open title and fourth in succession but the Pole said Sunday's comeback win over Elena Rybakina was a much-needed reminder of her claycourt prowess in a lacklustre season.

After dropping the first set, Swiatek storms back for a 1-6, 6-3, 7-5 win to reach the quarterfinals at Roland-Garros and extend her tournament streak to 25 matches.

Iga Swiatek turned things around at Roland-Garros after dropping eight of the first nine games against 12th-seeded Elena Rybakina in the fourth round Sunday, putting together a 1-6, 6-3, 7-5 victory to extend her bid for a record fourth consecutive French Open championship.
