Chips lovers can expect larger servings of Doritos, Tostitos, Ruffles and Lay’s as PepsiCo reacts to consumers’ complaints of “shrinkflation.”

PepsiCo says it will be adding more chips to some bags in a move designed to please consumers that have grown tired of "shrinkflation."

PepsiCo (NASDAQ:PEP) plans to put more Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos and Ruffles potato chips in some bags after hearing criticism about the reduced size by weight of individual bags over the last two years.

Frito-Lay’s parent company, PepsiCo, said it’s adding chips back to bags after an effort to cut prices wound up costing the company when consumers left Lay’s and Doritos on shelves. Inflation prompted the company to dial back the volume of its products,
