The girl and three male patients -- ages 15 and 17 -- each face a felony charge of inciting a riot, TAPD Capt. Zachary White said. Police allege the foursome were in a group of about 25 juvenile patients attempting to escape from the 62-bed Riverview Behavioral Hospital. None of the patients or staff were injured, police said Sunday.
