Prized infield prospect Ronny Mauricio was called up from the minors by the New York Mets on Tuesday and put in the starting lineup at third base against the Los Angeles Dodgers. His promotion came after third baseman Mark Vientos strained his right hamstring late in Monday night’s victory over the Dodgers.
