Kevin Costner and his "Horizon" western series are being sued for breach of contract by the United Costumes Corporation.

In a complaint filed Tuesday, Devyn LaBella claims that union and contractual rules were breached when she was allegedly subjected to perform an impromptu scene of sexual violence without an intimacy coordinator.
