Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan's arrest has escalated a clash between President Trump's administration and local authorities over his immigration crackdown.

Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of felony obstruction of a federal agency and concealing an illegal alien to help them avoid ICE arrest.

Judge Hannah Dugan can't be prosecuted because she's "entitled to judicial immunity for her official acts," her attorneys argue.

At Thursday's Senate Approrpiations Committee hearing, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) questioned FBI Dir. Kash Patel about the arrest of Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan.
