London-Heathrow Airport has unveiled its own plans for a third runway following a rival submission from billionaire Surinder Arora

Britain's government will consider two competing, multi-billion-pound plans to build a runway to increase capacity at the country's biggest airport Heathrow that it hopes will kickstart economic growth.

Heathrow is Europe’s busiest travel hub, but is running at capacity, which the project’s proponents say creates bottlenecks for UK growth.
