Pritchard said receiving the award is an honor and a sign that he is on the right path. He is driven to continue the growth that put him in this position.

Payton Pritchard was happy to be recognized as the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year. But he didn't spend much time celebrating it.

"I just don't think you can accomplish anything at the highest of levels unless you give it your all,” Pritchard said.
