Zachary Jordan Alam, who was released from prison less than four months ago following President Donald Trump’s pardons, faces new charges in Virginia.

The Justice Department has agreed to pay nearly $5 million to the family of Ashli Babbitt, who was killed during the U.S. Capitol riot in 2021.
