LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Shohei Ohtani, Tommy Edman and Teoscar Hernández each hit home runs as the reigning champion Dodgers beat the Detroit Tigers 5-4. The big swing came in the fifth inning when Hernández hit a three-run homer against Tarik Skubal to give Los Angeles a 4-2 lead. Ohtani homered in the eighth to add to the lead.
