Lauren McConnell, prosecuting, told the court that at 5.05pm on July 30, 2024, police received reports about a Dacia Sandero, which was later located on Anson Road in Martlesham Heath, near Ipswich.

Gloster Road, in Martlesham, was blocked partially after a car and lorry collided at the entrance to Aldi. Suffolk Police were called at 2.20pm to the scene and reported that there were no injuries.
