KALAMAZOO, Mich., July 5 (UPI) -- A crop of billboards promoting "Outhouse Springs" bottled water has fooled some Southwest Michigan residents into believing in the fictional recycled water.

According to Austin Water, there's a 42-inch water main break near MoPac Expressway and Spicewood Springs Road ... said it is mobilizing to provide bottled water, in the event it is needed.
