Nintendo just dropped a boatload of Switch 2 news, including the release date, price and a launch title or two. It also announced a bevy of accessories that’ll be available for the console on June 5.
Many, myself included, believed that the Nintendo Switch 2 would be a relatively safe upgrade over its predecessor. But after four hours of hands-on with the upcoming console at a recent event in Paris, I’m happy to say that we were completely wrong with that initial assessment.

As for the Nintendo Switch 2 dock, it comes with a built-in ethernet port just like the Switch OLED dock, whereas the original dock requires an optional adapter. The new dock also features a pair of USB-C ports, as opposed to just one, while retaining an HDMI port.
