Among the winners in Tuesday's Consolidated Election were Richard Runyon of Chatsworth and Kelly Eckhoff of Pontiac. Runyon saw his re-election effort for Chatsworth village president succeed as he defeated challenger Michael Ifland with ease.

Genoa Township will also consider a 55-unit single-family condominium development at Challis Road and Bauer Road.

The pursuit left Livingston County, entered Ingham County, and ended in the City of Lansing, near the intersection of Cedar Street and Jolly Road. The suspect crashed into numerous vehicles leaving the suspect vehicle disabled. The five occupants inside fled on foot but were found and arrested by police.

A man had to be extricated following a serious single-vehicle, rollover crash on Tuesday night in Pinckney. It happened on M-36, right in the front yard of a home, west of O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. Putnam Township Fire Department Chief Curt Ruf told WHMI the 28-year-old Pinckney man rolled his pick-up truck at M-36 and North Peaceful Valley Court.
