While black may be the most popular color for prom dresses nationwide, New Jersey teens seem to be leaning toward something different in 2025.

With prom season ... that black dresses are the early favorite in most states, with blue coming in at a close second. Many New Jersey teens, however, appear to be leaning toward purple for 2025.
