The deal is expected to close by the end of the year. Once the deal is completed, Olo will continue to operate under the Olo brand, Thoma Bravo says. As of March 31, 2025, Thoma Bravo had $184 billion in assets under management.

Private-equity firm Thoma Bravo is buying Olo, a provider of digital technology for restaurants, in a $2 billion cash deal. The companies said Chicago-based Thoma Bravo will pay Olo stockholders $10.25 per share in a deal to take the company private, which is expected to close by the end of this year.
