Anna Grace Phelan, a 19-year-old TikTok influencer who shared her cancer journey with her nearly 140,000 followers, has died less than a year after being diagnosed with brain cancer. Phelan’s family confirmed her passing in a statement shared to her TikTok account on Saturday (May 24). The online star passed away the day prior.

“It is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” the family wrote in their post.
