But many tattoo artists wince at the thought of knowingly putting on ink that comes with such an easy way out. “Absolutely not,” said Erick Lynch, owner of Redemption Tattoo in Cambridge.

To lock the resulting ink in even further, apply one super thin layer of Vaseline, which is known for repelling water. After drying for 30 minutes, your tattoo is ready to be put through the wringer.

Easy.ink was founded in 2014 by two brothers, Arie Oz and Eran, who loved tattoos since they were kids. They wanted to give people a way to experiment with tattoos without the fear of commitment.
