An adult victim and witness told police that Seth Tichenor, 43, claimed he was a police officer and showed a badge number.

SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WFSB) - Police in Southington charged a man with impersonating a police officer at a local grocery store.

Seth Tichenor, of West Hartford, was arrested Sunday after he claimed to be a Southington officer, Southington police said in a news release.
