Documents show an estimated price tag of $11.7 million for the project. City council will vote on whether to continue with the project in two weeks.

It will be located on the corner of Forest Grove Drive and Devils Glen Road, just a mile from the TBK Bank Sports Complex area. It's a part of town seeing rapid development.

The new store will go into the Glen Grove development, about a mile from the TBK Sports Complex. This is the local chain's second Bettendorf location and will include a drive through.
