Four Springfield restaurants had issues with employees touching ready-to-eat food with bare hands this week, according to the Springfield-Greene County Health Department's food inspections reports.

These establishments in Pike County were inspected between May 5 and 11, according to Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture records.
