Stars head coach Pete DeBoer announced Tuesday that Heiskanen would return to action for Game 4 against the Jets. The Stars activated the defenseman from long-term injured reserve a few hours later, prior to the 7:00 p.m. puck drop.

The Stars won Game 1 with a final of 3-2 before losing Game 2 by a final score of 4-0. They won Game 3 by a score of 5-2 and Game 6 with a final score of 3-1 before losing on Thursday night.
