Police arrested three people related to a copper wire theft at an NV Energy substation that caused a power outage on Monday.

Las Vegas Metro police confirmed five people were arrested on Monday evening during a east Valley protest. Officers responded to reports of a planned protest around 4 p.m. near East Charleston Boulevard and Lamb Boulevard.
