HOUSTON (Gray News) – A car being improperly towed by an SUV caused a dangerous situation on a highway in Houston on Tuesday.

Video clips were posted on social media showing a white SUV towing a dark blue sedan by a chain at highway speeds as it careened wildly across lanes.

Towing with a chain isn’t illegal in Texas, but doing it wrong definitely is. Know what the law requires first.
