Click a box to mark it with an X or select the ... documents you want to print out. The checkbox symbols are not interactive, so you can't check them off inside a Word document.

A small square on screen that simulates the equivalent symbol on a paper form. Clicking in the box selects the function, and a check mark is displayed. Clicking again removes the check mark.
