The Certified Angus Beef Cook-Off contest will be judged by a panel of individuals. Winners in categories in showmanship and recipe, as well as overall excellence will be awarded special prizes.

Certified Angus Beef is a nonprofit and brand owned by the American Angus Association and its farmer and rancher members. It was created in 1978, with the international headquarters in Wooster.
