Blake Lively has requested the withdrawal without prejudice of two of her claims, relating to the infliction of emotional distress, against 'It Ends with Us' director-costar Justin Baldoni. His legal team filed a letter asserting they’re entitled to a dismissal of those claims with prejudice so they won’t be re-filed.

Blake Lively has dropped claims of 'emotional distress' against Justin Baldoni in their ongoing legal dispute following 'It Ends With Us'. This led to denial of Baldoni's request for Lively's medical records.
