Stock index futures traded cautiously, a day after chip stocks slumped on a disappointing outlook from ASML (ASML). S&P 500 futures (SPX) +0.1%, Nasdaq 100 futures (US100:IND) +0.1% and Dow futures (INDU) were unchanged.

The Dow regained some lost ground on Wednesday although the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq stumbled, dragged lower by declines in megacap technology stocks, while the broader market gained from upbeat quarterly earnings from banks,

Wall Street's major averages trade higher, a day after chip stocks slumped on a disappointing outlook from ASML (ASML). Early on and the S&P 500 (SP500) was +0.2%, the Nasdaq Composite (COMP:IND) was near even,
