Albert Brooks and Cole Escola (“Oh Mary”) are among the guest stars stopping by Springfield during the upcoming Season 37 of “The Simpsons,” the show’s producers announced Saturday at San Diego Comic-Con.

The Simpsons creator Matt Groening jokingly made predictions about Elon Musk, the Statue of Liberty and Republican parents at San Diego Comic-Con.

“It’s a sincere pleasure to announce the Season 33 and 34 pick-ups for The Simpsons. We keep hoping that, eventually, they’ll get it right,” said Charlie Collier, CEO, Fox Entertainment.

The Simpsons is currently in the works on returning with a milestone Season 37 of the animated series, but the creator behind it all revealed the dark (and only) way the series will actually come to an end.
