OnLeaks and Smartprix say that the S25 Slim’s camera system will include a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5X optical zoom. The telephoto lens will apparently have a special design:

Samsung’s big Galaxy S25 launch is right around the corner. The first Galaxy Unpacked event of 2025 is confirmed for January 22 at 1PM ET in San Jose, CA, where Samsung’s “Next Big Thing” (to borrow a 14-year-old marketing slogan) will be revealed.

On January 22, Samsung will host its biannual Galaxy Unpacked Event where the company will announce its new line of 2025 Galaxy S smartphones. This is also when preorders go live. Previous rumours had suggested Samsung might announce a Galaxy S25 Slim model alongside the other S25 devices during Galaxy Unpacked. However, that speculation has now been squashed. It's now claimed the Slim could launch in May instead.

According to Smartprix's report, the S25 Slim will have the following dimensions: 159 x 76 x 6.4 mm (approximate), with the camera bump extending to 8.3 mm. This would mean that it will be much thinner than the rest of the S25 series, especially the S25 Ultra.
