The White House’s $9.4 billion rescissions package may not have the votes heading into Thursday, as at least four centrist House Republicans have expressed concerns over cementing cuts from the Department of Government Efficiency.

The U.S. House voted Thursday on a rescission bill to claw back money for foreign aid programs, along with the next two years of funding for the public media system. The measure now goes to the Senate.

The judge ruled against the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, but the complicated ruling still gave them a victory.
