The loan of Noah Okafor from AC Milan to RB Leipzig fell through after the player failed the medical check. According to dpa information, it emerged during the medical check that the striker was not 100% fit and would not be an immediate help.

Sky Sport reports that RB Leipzig have cancelled Noah Okafor's proposed loan transfer from Milan because the striker will not be available soon enough.

Having been linked with RB Leipzig for a long time, Noah Okafor now looks set to complete his move to the Red Bull Arena. Both Sky Germany and Italian transfer market journalist Fabrizio Romano report on Monday that a full agreement has been reached for the attacker to complete the move.
