Northern lights could be visible in Massachusetts tonight from 'very rare' storm
The northern lights are expected to be visible over much of the northern half of the country Thursday, including in Massachusetts, according to a prediction from NOAA. "The aurora may become visible over much of the northern half of the country, and maybe as far south as Alabama to northern California," NOAA said.
