Minnesota Wild President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has signed forward Marcus Johansson to a one-year, $800,000 contract for the 2025-26 season.

The Minnesota Wild have re-signed right wing Marcus Johansson to a one-year, $800,000 contract that keeps the 15-year veteran from becoming a free agent.

The Wild are bringing back veteran wing Marcus Johansson for at least another year. In his first offseason move, general manager Bill Guerin has re-signed Johansson, who will turn 35 before next season, to a one-year deal worth $800,000.
