Ceasefire in Gaza that was expected to begin today hit delays, possibly stalling the hostage release; the Israeli military continued attacks

The ceasefire was set to take effect at 8:30 a.m. local time. Hamas said it’s late on delivering a list of hostages for “technical reasons.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the cease-fire deal with Hamas would not begin until Israel has the list of expected to be freed.
