Here is the latest in Fort Myers: As of Sunday, Oct. 13, there are 10,750 without power in Lee County. Florida Power & Light Company estimates 95% restored by end of day, Tuesday, Oct. 15. All but two Lee schools – Sanibel's and Fort Myers Beach Elementary – will open as usual Monday after Hurricane Milton closures, the district announced Saturday.
