EDMONTON -- Roope Hintz is questionable for the Dallas Stars against the Edmonton Oilers in Game 3 of the Western Conference Final at Rogers Place on Sunday (3 p.m. ET; CBC, TVAS, SN, ESPN+, ABC).
The Edmonton Oilers and Connor McDavid clamped down on defense and found their offensive rhythm Saturday night, shutting out the Dallas Stars in a 3-0 road win to even the Western Conference Finals at 1-1.
While the Stars’ side was peppered with postgame questions about the slash against Roope Hintz, the Oilers mostly took questions around the performance of goalie Stuart Skinner, who shut down 25 shots on goal from Dallas en route to his third shutout win in Edmonton’s last four games.
