Colorado State University climatologists predict 17 named tropical storms, including nine hurricanes, during the 2025 Atlantic storm season.

CSU forecasters predict an above-average probability for at least one major hurricane to make landfall in the U.S. or Caribbean.

Colorado State University forecasters in an early prediction said on Thursday the upcoming 2025 hurricane season would be above average with four major hurricanes out of nine hurricanes among 17 named storms,

Colorado State University said on Wednesday that an additional student had their visa revoked after several were revoked a day earlier. The Department of State acknowledged the move but won't say why they were revoked.

At least six international students at Colorado State University and four at CU have had their student visas revoked this semester, officials said.

Students at the University of Colorado and Colorado State University have lost their visas, following a wave of high-profile arrests of international students across the country.
