Gavin Turley hit a walk-off double to give his team a 4-3 win after the Beavers blew a two-run lead in the top of the ninth. Aiva Arquette, one of the top prospects for the 2025 MLB Draft, set it up with a one-out single, then motored first-to-home on Turley's line drive into left field.

The Arizona Wildcats and Louisville Cardinals meet up in Omaha on Sunday with their NCAA Men’s College World Series hopes on the line in the first elimination game of the tournament. After losing a 3-1 lead in the top of the ninth, Oregon State walked it off with a Gavin Turley hit at the College World Series vs. Louisville.

The Cardinals enter the Men’s College World Series for the sixth time in program history, and the first time since 2019. After winning the team’s first regional championship in three years, Louisville beat ACC rival Miami in the Super Regional.
