The woman was a passenger in a vehicle that a witness reported swerved off the road to avoid colliding with a white SUV that drove into their lane.

A man in his 60s has died after his car crashed on a major road. Norfolk Police said a driver reported striking debris on the A47 at Postwick, near Norwich, at about 05:17 GMT on Sunday. Officers attended and found the debris was from a white Ford Kuga that had left the road.

The driver of a vehicle that collided head on with a Navasota police vehicle killing Sgt. Mark Butler has been identified as 59-year-old Kimberly Lannigan, of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was also killed in the crash.
