Sixty-four people aboard a commercial airliner died Wednesday night after it collided with a military helicopter midair near Reagan Washington National Airport. Both the American Eagle jet and Army Black Hawk are in the Potomac River.

The Army Black hawk helicopter that collided with a passenger plane near Washington, D.C., was drilling mysterious 'continuity of government' plans.

The Army official said that the pilots were on a routine training flight along a familiar flight path that isn't particularly complicated.
