This comfortable house is located in the beach community of Van Buren Bay, a community of about 75 houses and cottages nestled along the beach of the bay. Access to the beach is by public path between the two houses directly across the street. The lakes have been changing so that sometimes there is sand and sometimes not. Besides the beach, the community has a tennis court and two playgrounds. The flat roads are good for bicycling. The first floor consists of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and a bath, along with a garage which is used as a storage room. There is a second bath and three bedrooms on the second floor. There are beds for 13 (see details) and two cots which can be placed in the upstairs hall or the garage. The towns of Dunkirk and Fredonia are about five miles away with restaurants, shopping and activities. Erie PA is an hour west and Buffalo is an hour east. Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown NY are within an hour. Niagara Fall is about 1 1/2 hours.
